Team Building Activity: Team-Building Taste of Puerto Rico
Discover Puerto Rico's vibrant culinary roots in this team building activity with Chef Todd. You and your team will get to explore the Spanish influences that characterize this incredible cuisine and learn how to master the quintessential blend of tastes and textures. It's an experience that will boost morale and allow everyone to bond!
Your lesson will begin with crispy croquettes de jamon, filled with smoky ham and a creamy sauce. Then, you'll make juicy chicken thighs braised in a tangy soffritto sauce, flavored with peppers and cilantro, with a traditional rice dish to serve on the side. For dessert, create crema Catalana with warm cinnamon and a zesty citrus tang. Introduce your team to a new culture and some good eats and let them thank you later!

Chef Todd is an excellent private chef. Ive never tried veal and wanted to do so. He put together a menu just for us and prepared pan seared veal chops with one of the best sauces I’ve ever tasted (Roasted garlic and Rosemary Demi glaze) served in a bowl made of caramelized onion. Absolutely delicious..
