Team Building Activity: Pasta Cooking Challenge

In this team building activity hosted by Chef Cregg, you and your group will face off in a timed pasta-making challenge. Everyone will begin the evening with a cheese and charcuterie appetizer. Then, Chef Cregg will divide the group into two teams to begin the culinary competition! There will be two rounds, one featuring a fresh pasta dish and one a filled pasta dish. Not only will each team have to roll their own fresh pasta and create homemade sauces, but they'll also have to creatively incorporate ingredients from a mystery box! After enjoying your delicious pasta dishes, everyone will celebrate together with a dessert of classic olive oil cake generously topped with sweet cream and fruit compote.

Fantastic evening with Chef Cregg. Can't emphasize enough the extent to which our class exceeded expectations. First of all, he's an absolute pleasure, and took far more time than he needed to actually teaching, rather than just "cooking and talking." He tailored it expertly to our level, and is clearly passionate about food. It was hands-on from beginning to end, and I picked up several tips and techniques that I'll use in my cooking. Secondly, the food was AMAZING. Every dish impressed us, and we're not easily impressed. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you!
