Team Building Activity: Fixing Up Fresh Fettuccine

Collaborate on a pasta feast in this hands-on team building activity. Under the guidance of Chef Aaron, your group will learn how to make fresh pasta dough and transform it into a decadent fettuccine alfredo.


Work side by side in teams to prepare the dough from scratch by combining flour, eggs, olive oil and salt. You'll also learn the techniques to knead the dough before rolling it out to cut into fettuccine noodles. As the pasta boils, whip up a creamy Alfredo sauce with heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Then stir your pasta into the sauce and get ready for your feast. Fun afternoon. Aaron was patient and encouraging. We all picked up some new skills & enjoyed the dishes we made. Space was easy to work in. Great conversations. We all talked about doing it again & potential for private group events. We took the French cooking class. We all want to try pasta class too, or any other class Aaron chooses to teach. Definitely recommend Aaron & Classpop.
