Learn how to make sushi rolls from scratch and then compete for handmade glory in this team building activity!


You'll begin the class by enjoying a savory miso soup with tofu and a seaweed and mixed green salad topped with a carrot ginger dressing prepared by Chef Mary in advance. Next, learn the basics of making a homemade sushi roll and master the technique to roll it all up. Break into teams to collaborate on making the day's best sushi rolls. Choose from a variety of sushi-grade seafood, fresh vegetables and sweet fruits to create a winning combination. Plus, dress the rolls with spicy mayo, sweet soy glaze, sesame seeds and more to set them apart from the competition. Finish the day by indulging in mini soufflé cheesecakes for dessert.
