Then, work in teams to create the best dumplings of the day, Make a custom filling with ground pork, napa cabbage, scallions and more. Plus, serve it alongside sauces from the DIY dipping bar, which can include chili oil, soy sauce and a variety of hot sauces. At the end of the day, you'll compete for bragging rights while improving communication and collaboration skills. Finally, indulge in mini Japanese soufflé cheesecakes for dessert.
