We attended a small group for the hands on pasta cooking class last night. Ridic was so knowledgeable, professional and very fun. He simplifies the process for anyone to do at home. Afterwards we all sat down to eat our pasta dinner and it was delicious! Highly recommend!

We had a total blast with Chef Ridic! The recipes were delicious and super accessible. We learned some fun skills along the way (knife, the order for sauteeing veggies, etc.) I now have a fun party trick in making ceviche for group events. We had a lot of leftovers for the next day too. Ridic is very talented and we had a ton of fun hanging out with him. Highly, highly recommend! We'll definitely have him join us for another event soon!

Ridic know his stuff, that being said I think that the class is too big and he doesn't have enough time to really go around and work with everyone. He disappeared a few times which didn't help either. The comments made about how expensive buying all the ingredients were and how he did it with his own money was strange. If you think your time is worth more then charge more for the class, but to try and make those who came to the class feel bad about this was out of line.

Chef Ridic was great! As for the class itself I think providing some appetizers might be an excellent idea. Good food takes time but making it also makes you hungry, or even adding something easy to make while the pasta sits for 30min. Getting another cook station would be good too, it would give more people a chance to be involved throughout the whole process. Overall we had a great time though!

This class was very interesting and educational. I would definitely give it a 10/10. Ridic was very attentive to each and every one of us. He helped us with any questions and created a fun and exciting atmosphere during his class. The instructions were easy to follow, and the hands-on approach allowed us to learn the technique much faster. At the end, we got to eat the fruits of our labor, it was the most delicious pasta I have ever had. I will definitely be making it at home later on. If you have not taken a cooking class yet, I would suggest you take one with Ridic!!! Big thanks to the chef!

Chef Ridic was awesome! He was kind, easy to talk to, and open to feedback. He taught us the basics of how to prepare each course and then let us do the rest ourselves with some help from him. It was great having a cooking class come to us. I’d definitely use Class Pop and Chef Ridic again.
