Team Building Activity: Pasta Feast With Your Team
Go on an Italian cooking journey in this exciting team building activity with Chef Miguel.
Chef Miguel will teach you how to make pasta dough from scratch and a homemade sauce for a decadent feast of Italian flavors. Start the class by tossing together a refreshing Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella cheese, aromatic basil and tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Next, Chef Miguel will teach you how to make your choice of pasta. You'll learn the basics of making pasta dough with flour, eggs and water before kneading the dough and rolling it into sheets. Make either classic ravioli stuffed with truffle ricotta paired with an earthy basil pesto sauce or tagliatelle pasta with a savory vegan Bolognese. Finish the class with a decadent dessert: a creamy vanilla bean panna cotta topped with fresh seasonal fruit sauce.

Chef Miguel's class was very fun and informative, he took the time to show us different kneading techniques and shared alot of tips and information about working with yeast dough. Chef Miguel was very personable, and we enjoyed his company! We would highly recommend taking his class and look forward to doing another class soon!!

I had the best experience learning to cook with Chef Miguel! Not only did I learn valuable tips/techniques for prepping and cooking/baking food, Chef also has the knowledge and skill to make healthy, delicious food. Just thinking of the food makes my mouth water. Plus, his joy for life, caring heart for people, and passion for good food is evident in every class I've taken.
