Team Building Activity: Fine French Cuisine for Teams
Discover the secrets to making fine French food in this immersive team building activity led by Chef Miguel.
You'll work in small groups to make three courses of classic French dishes from scratch. You'll begin the class by caramelizing onions to make a Parisian bistro classic: French onion soup. Top the savory soup with creamy Gruyère cheese, melted and broiled until golden brown. Then, you'll turn vegan "beef" braised into an elegant Provance-inspired dish. Finally, work together to make sweet crêpes Suzette flavored with citrus set, flambéed and served with a scoop of sweet vanilla ice cream. Your team will improve their communication and collaboration skills as you cook together and bond as you enjoy your homemade feast together.

Chef Miguel's class was very fun and informative, he took the time to show us different kneading techniques and shared alot of tips and information about working with yeast dough. Chef Miguel was very personable, and we enjoyed his company! We would highly recommend taking his class and look forward to doing another class soon!!

I had the best experience learning to cook with Chef Miguel! Not only did I learn valuable tips/techniques for prepping and cooking/baking food, Chef also has the knowledge and skill to make healthy, delicious food. Just thinking of the food makes my mouth water. Plus, his joy for life, caring heart for people, and passion for good food is evident in every class I've taken.
