Team Building Activity: Sushi Rock and Roll-Up
Chef Tiffany will guide you and your colleagues through an exciting team building activity where handmade sushi becomes a collaborative culinary competition! You'll learn the finer points of assembling classic combinations of fish, rice and vegetables to create fabulous rolls that rival restaurant quality. Then, teammates split off into breakout groups in a cooking contest that puts their newfound skills to savory use. Who'll be skilled enough to take top prize for Most Phenomenal Sushi? The suspense is utterly delicious!

Wow, where do I begin… We had the best time with Chef Tiffany. She was informative, easy-going, entertaining, and most of all everyone had great success with making the gnocchi. I think we all felt confident that we could make this at home . I would highly recommend this experience and chef Tiffany to any of my friends . Thank you again Chef Tiffany fair fun fun evening.

This was my first class with ClassPop! and Chef Tiffany. I had so much fun! She was a great instructor, class was engaging, and the people were great. I’ve already recommended the classes to someone else and will definitely come again.

Overall, I felt there can be some tweaking for this class. Depending on the venue, you may be outside with a makeshift kitchen. You will be cooking on patio tables and chairs. Also, some of the materials will be just paperware just making it feel less professional. If the location says St. Pete beach the experience will not be good. You will also have loud music playing right next to your ears, making it hard to hear directions.
