Team Building Activity: A Fiesta of Flavors
In this fun team building activity, Chef Maurice will teach your team how to make delicious dishes that are perfect for your next office party. First, your team will learn how to make guacamole from scratch with avocado, garlic and a squeeze of lime. Next, learn how to make fresh salsa with tomato, onions and jalapeños. Then, you'll break into teams and compete to whip up the best guacamole and salsa with mix-in ingredients like mango and corn. Enjoy your feast with various dippers and compete for the title of best guacamole and salsa.

this was a very fun experience and it was very hands-on. I learned a lot and the food tastes incredible. we even got to take plenty food home! the portions were great and to learn aside Maurice and his daughter was amazing.

Maurice and his daughter were incredibly kind and informative. This experience was very hands-on and fun. Maurice was incredible with accommodating me and my allergies with no judgment. they were so friendly and we will definitely be booking more classes!

Chef Maurice was his team were great! We had such a good time making homemade tortillas and guacamole. I even learned a better way to cut open avocados. You can tell Chef Maurice really enjoys cooking and sharing his experience and knowledge with others. :)
