Team Building Activity: Mexican Menu
Chef Danny is in the kitchen to help your crew level up their kitchen skills in this exciting team building activity. Discover the culinary traditions of Mexico as you work to craft your own version of some deliciously authentic dishes. Make your own tortillas from a mix of flour and masa harina and transform them into enchiladas filled with tender shredded chicken, savory sauce and gooey cheese. You'll also create a batch of tortillas stuffed with succulent pork and bake churros that sing with sweet flavor.

With corn husks, masa dough and green or red chili sauces

Chef Danny was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He shared many tips not only about what we were cooking, but general cooking tips as well. The kitchen was clean and well maintained.

This class was absolutely not what was advertised. The tiramisu was not followed a classic recipe, the chicken marsala was not a chicken marsala but chicken stock with garlic, pasta recipe was not made from scratch and it was not taught by chef Danny. There were 30 people in class was overcrowded and it was not a cooking experience. I am requesting money back
