Team Building Activity: Taylor Swift's Kitchen

Calling all Swifties and foodies for this engaging team building activity. Chef Roddy will guide you through a menu inspired by Taylor Swift and her music while learning useful kitchen techniques. First, make 'Bad Blood' shrimp cocktail with homemade crostini. Choose either Taylor's favorite meatballs or favorite mole chicken fajitas for the entrée. As a side, enjoy either homemade pasta or Spanish rice and beans. Finish with a decadent Illicit Eclair, a butter cake parfait topped with vanilla bean pudding and dark chocolate ganache, for dessert.

We had the best time at our Recreate the Flavors of Latin America cooking class! Jarlien & Chef Albert were the best! There were 5 in our group and from the moment we stepped in Jarlien greeted us with a big smile and let us know what was in store for us during the class. We made guacamole, cilantro lime rice, shrimp skewers, corn tortilla chips, Chimichurri sauce, steak and at the end of our meal we had a beautiful flan. We chose to be "hands on" ( you have the option to watch the Chef or be "hands on"). We each took turns chopping, cooking, barbequeing, etc. Two of our friends celebrated their birthday at this class and said it was a 5 star experience. We all agreed! Thank you again Jarlien & Chef Albert!
