There's a tasty batch of sweet competition waiting for your gang in this chocolate-making team building activity, courtesy of Chef Andrea. With her expert guidance, your folks will become working confectioners and learn the art of making their own decadent chocolates!

Your session starts with a rundown of melting, tempering and flavoring different types of chocolate. Once the basics are covered, your candy makers will separate into breakout teams and collaborate on their own version of dark, milk and white chocolate loaded with mix-ins and toppings like dried fruit and cookie crumbles. Finished chocolates will be judged on creativity and flavor before one team is crowned chocolate champs!

My husband and I attended this class to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Chef Andrea was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We loved the class and will be making shrimp and grits on our own very soon!
