To begin the class, you'll learn how to make spicy edamame as a side dish to your sushi. Next, make perfectly fluffy sushi rice to use in your rolls. With options like salmon, yellowtail, fresh vegetables and cream cheese, you'll craft customized sushi rolls. Feast together on your creations and matcha shortbread prepared by Chef Jesus at the end of the class.
