Store-bought gnocchi has nothing on potato dumplings made by hand. Learn how to make authentic Italian gnocchi yourself in this guided cooking class with Chef Jacob.
First, prepare your base using potatoes, Parmesan, eggs and flour. Chef Jacob will then show you how to cut, shape and perfectly boil your gnocchi. Serve it with a classic Italian sauce made with butter and sage. This simple yet impressive dish is one you will easily be able to recreate at home!
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
