Across three courses, you'll learn new culinary techniques to master vegan cooking using only high-quality, vegan-friendly foods. First, Chef Skye will teach you how to prepare a crowd favorite; loaded vegan potato skins topped with plant-based bacon, sour cream and cheese. Next, learn how to stuff hearty, meatless meatball peppers using vegan mozzarella cheese. Complete your meal with tart and smooth lime mousse so good that you won't believe it's made with avocados and agave syrup.
