Sushi Making Classes in Scottsdale

We drove an hour to the location for this class and we'd do it again! SO MUCH FUN! Chef Maricarmen KNOWS how to make pasta and KNOWS how to teach it and have fun! Everyone had a wonderful time and the meal was delicious! I'd never made pasta before and Chef's instructions and demonstrations were clear and easy to follow! If you like pasta and like to have fun, THIS is the class!

Chef was lovely!!! It was a bit oversold, not enough pasta makers. Our pasta didn’t turn out, it was fun but really head count should have been limited to 10 or so for best experience. Or two instructors. Or more pasta rolling machines.

I recently took a cooking class and had an absolutely amazing time! The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience both fun and approachable. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced in the kitchen, there's something to learn here. We made shrimp pasta and not only did I leave with new skills and techniques, but I also walked away with a full stomach and a big smile. Everything was hands-on, well-organized, and easy to follow. The ingredients were fresh, the kitchen space was clean and welcoming, and the atmosphere was full of laughter and creativity. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to sharpen their culinary skills, have birthday celebrations or just spend an enjoyable day cooking something delicious. I can't wait to come back for another one!
