Great date with my wife! We had fun learning and working with the clay. Marieke was a patient and helpful teacher and we came away with some really cool pieces, and enjoyed hanging out in her beautiful Victorian home.

Instructor Marieke has been immersed in ceramic arts for more than a decade. After earning her degree in Ceramics and Art History from San Francisco State University, she began working in the industry, gaining valuable teaching experience while managing a community arts ceramics program in downtown San Francisco. Instructor Marieke now teaches happily from her home studio. She hopes to help her students unlock their inner creativity through the art of ceramic creation.
