Cooking Class: Hand Rolled Sushi

Discover how to make restaurant-quality sushi from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Chung. You will learn expert tips and tricks to make a perfectly crafted roll, from prepping your rice to placing your nori to choosing the best fillings. 

Start with a California roll filled with avocado, imitation crab and cucumber. Then, prepare a second roll filled with creamy, spicy tuna and fresh cucumber. 

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Chung is first and foremost a sushi chef, but he also specializes in authentic Japanese cuisine and Asian fusion fine dining.
