You'll start by preparing homemade pasta dough for lasagna, ravioli and pappardelle pasta. Lasagna rolls are filled with ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella. The homemade ravioli is filled with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and topped with a lemon-sage butter. Finally, you'll mix the pasta with chicken, mushrooms, arugula and a lemon-garlic butter cream sauce.
