Join Chef Carly's cooking classes to learn the art of pasta making while bringing Italian flavors to your table. You'll start by preparing homemade pasta dough for lasagna, ravioli and pappardelle pasta. Lasagna rolls are filled with ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella. The homemade ravioli is filled with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and topped with a lemon-sage butter. Finally, you'll mix the pasta with chicken, mushrooms, arugula and a lemon-garlic butter cream sauce.

Chef Carly is a great instructor and super easy to work with. She has simple and effective tips for how to best work with ingredients and techniques to make cooking easy. I will definitely be using her tricks to make the stuffed mushrooms we made! I highly recommend Chef Carly for anyone who wants to sharpen their skills in the kitchen.
