We were visiting San Diego for a week and wanted to have a chef prepare our meals and we were lucky enough to find Chef Michael. He was so friendly and easy to work with and accommodated all of our different dietary needs from pescatarian, to no fish, to FODMAP diet, to 3 toddlers.
Each day he prepared wonderful meals with the freshest ingredients and it was always the perfect amount. The salads were amazing and the meat cooked perfectly. He prepared, cooked and had it all cleaned up and we couldn't have asked for more. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and my entire family was so appreciative that we met him. If you're planning a party, wanting a plated meal or more family style Michael can make it happen.

Thank you chef for catering my birthday party, this past February. I wanted a simple day where close friends would gather to celebrate while watching the Super Bowl. Chef created a menu that was both celebratory and sports related. This small party of 15 enjoyed colorful and flavorful foods perfect for everyone.

Chef Michael catered our client appreciation this past weekend. The service was wonderful and the food outstanding. We had a nice variety from BBQ pulled pork sliders (AMAZING), grilled lemon chicken (AMAZING) to watermelon sliders (AMAZING) and much more. We will be using his services again for our future events. We had an awesome meal prepared by Chef Michael is was a two-course casual meal for a small group. The food was excellent Mixed Greens Salad prepared with fresh local produce and a Pappardelle Pasta w/ herbed chicken and sausage w/veggie. Chef Michael arrived on time and came prepared with everything needed including serving dishes, the presentation was beautiful, he was personable and interacted will the entire group, the meal was plated and everything was cleaned up at when he was finished. I highly recommend Michael to everyone looking for the personal Chef experience.
