Cooking Class: Flavors of Puerto Rico

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef JE, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Puerto Rican meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and a blend of Spanish, African and Taíno culinary traditions and techniques. Some of the authentic Puerto Rican recipes and dishes you can look forward to whipping up in this cooking class include a citrusy octopus, calamari and conch ceviche appetizer, avocado and crabmeat fritters with mixed greens, shrimp-stuffed mofongo and a classic Puerto Rican cheese flan for dessert.
