Cooking Class: Colorful Mexican Street Food

Start with mesquite-grilled elotes, corn-on-the-cob, topped with savory spices and Cotija cheese. Next comes aguachile, similar to ceviche, with shrimp, red onions and cucumbers. You'll then prepare chicken taco dorados with tomatillo salsa and pickled vegetables. Dessert is homemade churros with caramel and Mexican chocolate.
