There's more to Italian-Mediterranean cooking than just pasta and sauce. In this gourmet hands-on cooking experience, Chef Yaakov shows you how fresh, flavorful and imaginative the cuisine of the Mediterranean can be. You'll craft an inventive four-course menu featuring a smoked salmon and watercress crostini appetizer; artichoke bruschetta topped with jalapeños; and a savory mushroom risotto with cream entrée. And for a classic dessert that's just sweet enough to satisfy, tiramisu made with coffee, cream cheese and ladyfingers.

With his focus on events and large corporate gatherings, he’s catered over 450 weddings. Chef Yaakov has also cooked for presidents, on cruise ships and for other major organizations — including preparing specialized diets for the Denver Broncos training camp.
