In this hands-on class with Chef Blu, you’ll learn to prepare iconic dishes that represent the culture while learning new culinary techniques along the way. You'll enjoy learning to create a traditional macaroni salad with vegetables, and sweet and savory teriyaki pineapple bowls with chicken and rice. And for dessert, conjure up a true Hawaiian indulgence: Pani popo, a native coconut sweet bun that uses coconut milk baked into a sweet dough.

Such a great class. Chef blu knows a ton! She’s super fun and such a people person. Loved the class. She let us do all of the baking with her instruction.

Chef Blu was wonderful. It was just my wife and I that attended her class and it was a great experience. We did the Cajun cooking class and had some of the best food that we've ever tasted. Everything was organized and simple for us to understand — I wouldn't hesitate to book another class with Chef Blu and I highly recommend that you do too.
