Cooking Class: Short Rib Specials

Meat lovers rejoice as this hands-on cooking class will demonstrate the versatility of cooking with short ribs. Chefs Cindy and David will teach you the culinary technique of braising as a means of slow cooking and tenderizing meat until it falls right off the bone. Then, you will prepare three mouth-watering short rib recipes, from the traditional to the more contemporary: Tuscan-style atop creamy polenta, a barbacoa taco and savory potstickers. Remember to save room for dessert: brown butter toffee chocolate chunk cookies.
