Cooking Class: Gourmet Risotto and Paella

Join Chef Cindy and David as you explore the culinary wonders that Italy and Spain have to offer. You will begin your cooking class by massaging and tossing a light and crispy kale Caesar salad. Next up, slow-cook smoky chicken and wild mushroom risotto, stirring to a creamy finish. To follow you will prepare and decorate aromatic saffron-tinged paella with an assortment of colorful veggies. You won’t be able to resist the delectable bites of creamy and caffeinated espresso truffles that await for dessert.
