First, you will learn how to prepare a bite-sized starter of gougère, a savory baked choux pastry with comté cheese and chives. Next up, hearty and healthy ratatouille niçoise, a medley of colorful vegetables simmered to silky perfection. Beef bourguignon, a rich stew featuring beef braised in red wine until tender, and served alongside homemade fettuccine will follow. To complete your bistro dining experience, indulge in decadent chocolate soufflé.
