Cooking Class: Dumplings and Spring Rolls

In this cooking class with Chef Cindy, you will learn how to prepare Southeast Asian dumplings and spring rolls from scratch using fresh ingredients, and easy-to-master cooking techniques.

Chef Cindy will begin by teaching you how to handcraft short rib potstickers using Japanese gyoza wrappers. Then, you can look forward to learning how to pack bright, refreshing flavors into Vietnamese-style vegetable spring rolls.

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
