Learn how to properly slice, dice and chop in this introductory cooking class with Chef Ted. He will teach you how to use a knife with confidence as you prepare a seasonal salad and soup from scratch.
Don't worry if you're new to the kitchen. Chef Ted will guide you every step of the way. You won't believe how easy it is to create restaurant-quality dishes yourself.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

My family and friends enjoyed Chef Ted’s cooking last evening. He prepared three courses for us and each were delicious. I also loved his plate presentations. They were beautiful. He even shared some great cooking tips. Thank you Chef Ted!

Chef Ted’s cooking is amazing! He truly views his food as an art, yet it is extremely tasty. His presentation is so beautiful that, it makes you want to take as many pictures as you can before it’s time to eat! Once you bite into what he makes, it is beyond fantastic. He is so personable and kind. Ted shares his tutorials as you sit by him in the kitchen! I recommend this experience to everyone especially if you are having a party or date night at your home. I honestly believe that you can’t get an experience like this anywhere else.
