Dance Class: Intermediate Bollywood/Jazz Fusion Dance Course

Bollywood dance embodies a wide array of moves that include traditional Indian folk styles and modern hip-hop and belly dancing. Jazz relies heavily on rhythm and technique. This high-energy dance class is the perfect blend of the style and form of jazz with the more open and improvisational elements of Bollywood. 


 This 60-minute class begins with a warm-up session that relies heavily on the structured routine of jazz. This prepares you for the next 30 minutes of energetic and de-structured Bollywood dance. You'll burn up to 500 calories with each routine. More than just a class that teaches you to dance, this dance class gives you a workout! This Bollywood/Jazz Fusion dance course is designed for students with prior dance experience. New choreography will be taught every session.

Pooja's classes are extremely high in energy !! I just look forward to it. She is a fun teacher and a great personality to be around. If you want to de-stress at the end of the day, look no further!! And yes, you have fun and burn about 350 - 400 calories which is always a huge bonus !! Keep rocking !!
