Cooking Class: Three-Course Classic Russian Menu

Using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques, cooking classes with Chef Inga teach you to prepare an authentic three-course Russian menu. You'll start with a classic but meatless stolichny with potatoes, carrots, eggs, peas and cucumbers. Next is a chicken pozharsky with minced chicken breast, croutons and parsley. Dessert is a colorful fruit kaleidoscope of oranges, kiwi, raspberries, roasted walnuts and yogurt.

This class was very exciting. We learned about food composition. Color, texture, flavor, spice, sweet, savory and so much more. She gave us an insight into Thai food and we had a great time!
