You'll learn how to craft dishes from countries all across the globe, allowing your taste buds to experience the unique flavors of different cultures. Your four-course meal will begin with an Italian appetizer of beans and greens bruschetta featuring arugula, tomatoes, feta, garlic and olive oil. For the main course, you'll enjoy Andalusian baked meatballs in a sherry wine tomato sauce with a side of creamy Spanish manchego mashed potatoes. Lastly, for dessert, you'll whip up a delectable Greek yogurt parfait with mixed berries, brown sugar and brandy. This class was very exciting. We learned about food composition. Color, texture, flavor, spice, sweet, savory and so much more. She gave us an insight into Thai food and we had a great time!
