Take a culinary trip to the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mah, where you'll make three traditional Mediterranean recipes from scratch. Chef Mah will first teach you how to prepare spanakopita stuffed with a creamy cheese and herb filling and wrapped in crispy phyllo dough. Next, you'll learn how to assemble ground beef kofta kebabs featuring onions, spices, garlic and herbs, and served alongside fluffy rice. Finally, you'll finish your class by baking a delectable Mediterranean dessert, baklava soaked in rose water syrup and sprinkled with saffron. As you make and enjoy these incredible Mediterranean dishes, you'll not only improve your culinary skills, but you'll also feel like you're sitting by the Mediterranean sea, basking in the sunshine.
