Vietnamese food is full of flavor yet also pretty fresh, making it a great indulgence when you want something hearty yet healthy. In this cooking class with Chef Iain, you will learn how to make a traditional Vietnamese meal that you can easily recreate at home.
Start with an appetizer of fresh spring rolls filled with rice noodles, assorted vegetables and an abundance of herbs. You will enjoy your rolls with pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup. This soup will also be made with rice noodles and plenty of fresh produce.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
