Cooking Class: Pasta Making 101

Pasta is one of the world's favorite meals — and it's surprisingly simple to make. Learn how to create your own homemade pasta noodles in this cooking class with Chef Daniel. 

He will teach you how to create a classic pasta dough from just flour, eggs and oil. Roll your pasta, cut it into your desired shape and boil it until perfectly cooked. Once done, you will serve your pasta with a homemade tomato sauce.

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Daniel is amazing! We learned quite a bit in just one night---‘everything from knife selection and other tools, organizing our workspace to cooking techniques and seasonings. All of our questions were answered (we had quite a few) and explanations were clear. And, Chef Daniel is a fantastic host. My friend and I genuinely enjoyed ourselves. We selected the “American Delight” menu and the results were spectacular. We’ll be talking about his experience for days to come and look forward to more classes with Chef Daniel.

Chef Daniel is a great teacher and a gifted Chef. He explains everything from the 'Mother' and 'Daughter' sauces to alternative uses for fresh herbs. He makes everything look easy and clearly knows his way around the kitchen. Chef Daniel is a fresh herb-enthusiast and he has invented subtle and inventive ways to use them that accent food beautifully without overpowering the flavours. Everything we made was delicious. Can't wait to try it all at home. Highly recommended.
