In this interactive cooking class with Chef Adam, you will learn how to handcraft pillowy Italian gnocchi completely from scratch using fresh, high quality, easy-to-find ingredients, and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Chef Adam will also teach you how to concoct two classic Italian sauces to pair with your handmade gnocchi: traditional basil pesto made with pine nuts, and a decadent gorgonzola cream sauce with walnuts.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
