There are many types of dumplings both steamed and fried, large and small, vegetarian and meat based. Learn how to create two different types of traditional dumplings in this cooking class with Chef Adam.
You will start with boiled beef and herb dumplings served in a hot and sour broth. Next, you will make vegetarian potstickers filled with mushrooms, eggs and chives. Chef Adam will teach you how to fry these dumplings as well as how to steam them.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
