Gnocchi is one of Italy's most popular pasta dishes. It's traditionally made with potatoes, but there are many other variations you can make; two of which you will learn how to prepare in this cooking class with Chef Eva.
She will start by showing you how to make classic gnocchi made with potatoes, flour and eggs, and served with a vegetable-heavy beef ragù. Chef Eva will also teach you how to make spinach-spiked gnocchi, which you will enjoy with a vegetarian four-cheese sauce.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
