Cooking Class: Cupcake Extravaganza
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Taylor will teach you how to make decadent, confectionary masterpieces: aka, cupcakes. You’ll begin by preparing a vanilla cake from scratch, and learn easy modifications so that you can add in different flavors. Then, you will make the best homemade buttercream icing ever. You will focus on consistency, and learn basic icing piping techniques. You’ll make a variety of different cupcakes, including Texas margarita cupcakes with tequila-infused icing and strawberry cupcakes with compote filling.
