Join Chef John as he guides you through fundamental cooking techniques to prepare a traditional and exciting spread of Mexican cuisine.
In this hands-on cooking course, Chef John will help you prepare a variety of Mexican dishes, starting with a classic caesar salad. Next, you'll learn how to make two types of entrées in classic Mexican fashion: Decadent lobster quesadillas with roasted vegetable salsa and avocado crêpes, and melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork carnitas garnished with salsa and sour cream. Finish on a sweet note with a lush chocolate mousse with an avocado twist.

Overall a wonderful experience, food was great and so was the conversation. Just a tad warm in the house but overall he made our experience very memorable. He’s very capable and an excellent teacher.
