Cooking Class: Handcrafted Sushi Rolls
You’ll learn how to make authentic sushi in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Sachet will first teach you basic knife skills, a must for creating perfect rolls. You’ll then craft a spicy salmon roll with avocado and cucumber, and a California roll with crab and nori. For an appetizer, you’ll make scrumptious chicken potstickers with hoisin dipping sauce. For dessert, you’ll cook Chinese almond cookies with green tea. At your next dinner party, you can show off everything you’ve learned to friends and family!

Chef Sachet arrived on time. She explained and demonstrated the step by step instructions of how to make fresh pasta as we followed her lead.. Chef Sachet was personable and engaging. It was an educational and fun evening. By the way the pasta dish was amazing! Can't wait to have her back.
