This drop in is suited for beginners wanting to check out what the Intro course is all about or for dancers wanting to brush up on their basic movements. Join us for some fun shimming and body work out! The intro course will help you awaken and become one with your body. You will learn the foundations of belly dance technique, gain muscle awareness by practicing muscle isolations, strength building, posture, & musicality. This class will also allow you to explore your inner goddess while gaining the benefits of improved posture, balance, muscle toning and stress reduction!
