In this hands-on team building activity with Chef Sara, you and your team will have the option to either work together or compete in a cook off as you prepare a three-course Mexican fiesta. Whether you decide to collaborate or face-off, Chef Sara will first teach you how to prepare classic elotes and fresh salsa. Then, you'll choose either shredded chicken chile rellenos or beef picadillo chilaquiles to cook up for your entrée. Lastly, your hands-on class will end with a rich and decadent Mexican hot chocolate trifle for dessert.

The handmade Cajun pasta class we took with Chef Sara was awesome! All the ingredients and utensils provided were in great shape and were neatly laid out ahead of time. Sara guided us through every step from the raw ingredients to a delicious meal, and we learned some great tips and techniques along the way. Excellent experience!
