Cooking Class: Make Vegan-Style Sushi

Enjoy a lesson in plant-based sushi in this in-person cooking class with Chef Mary. She'll show you how to create delicious vegan versions of your favorite traditional sushi dishes. 


Start with a cobb salad featuring smoked carrots and spicy tofu with a ginger-sesame dressing. Then, prepare a variety of vegetable-based rolls, including a big vegetable roll flavored with mango salsa, a blend of cool cucumbers and zesty scallions in a marinated spicy tofu roll and a Philadelphia roll with all the vegetables and a spread of vegan cream cheese. For dessert, make a masterful sushi dessert roll with bananas and sweet potatoes, topped with creamy caramel.
