 You''ll create a five-course menu starting with a lovely avocado citrus salad and a tuna tartare made with spicy wasabi. For your main dish, you'll prepare perfectly pan-seared halibut and scallops served over black rice and miso broth. Whip up a hearty side of shiitake, ginger and coconut rice noodles and end this culinary journey with a creamy mango mochi and fruit salsa.
