During this cooking class, Check Kelsie will take you to Italy through a four-course menu. You'll prepare an elegant dinner inspired by traditional Italian dishes.

Start by learning how to make homemade Italian bread topped with tomatoes and basil to make the perfect bruschetta. The star of this show will be a rich fettuccine Alfredo made from scratch. You'll create fresh homemade pasta by hand to be served in a creamy Alfredo sauce with grilled chicken. For a delightful side dish, make lemony butter broccoli. Finish on a sweet note with a traditional tiramisu.
