Cooking Class: Iconic Spanish Tapas Feast

Learn how to cook an authentic Spanish tapas feast by mastering the classics in this hands-on cooking class. Your culinary expert Chef Jared will teach you five tapas recipes that will take your tastebuds from Madrid to Navarra in just a few bites. 

You'll be using signature Spanish ingredients such as paprika, olive oil and red peppers to create authentic Spanish cuisine. Begin with a tasty white bean salad, followed by the mouth-watering patatas bravas paired with garlic aioli and roasted tomato sauce. Next, you´ll cook piquillo peppers stuffed with goat cheese and head-on shrimp in a garlic and sherry broth. Wrap up this tapas feast with a beloved dessert: creamy arroz con leche.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
