In this Italian-themed cooking class, Chef David will teach you all of the skills you need to make an impressive meal. First, make a selection of Italian hors d'oeuvres to kick off your culinary adventure. Then, whip up a bright chicken scallopini with tangy lemon and capers.
You’ll also make a creamy risotto, complete with iconic saffron and colorful tomatoes. A classic Caesar salad with from-scratch dressing makes a refreshing side. For dessert, you’ll learn to create perfect layers of tiramisu, an iconic Italian sweet treat with rich coffee and creamy mascarpone.
