Start by making a crispy pork belly salad with mixed vegetables and a rich sesame and ginger dressing. Next, shrimp pad Thai is worth the wait, chock full of spring onions, ginger and shallots in a warming sauce. You'll also create Samgyeopsal, a Korean BBQ-style pork belly with edamame. End your international meal with a Japanese mochi cake for dessert.
